What is EzySearch?▾
EzySearch is a hyperlocal discovery and commerce platform built in Tirupati. Customers can search for nearby food, groceries, pharmacy, services and shops, place orders and get them delivered. Vendors get a digital storefront, and runners get flexible delivery work — all on one connected ecosystem.
How is EzySearch different from Swiggy, Zomato or Amazon?▾
Most national apps treat Tier-2 cities as a side market — outdated catalogues, missing local shops and large delivery zones. EzySearch is built hyperlocal-first: results are filtered by your real walking/biking radius, the vendors are real local shops in your neighbourhood, and our runners are from the same area.
Where is EzySearch available?▾
EzySearch is live in Tirupati and surrounding areas in Andhra Pradesh, with active expansion to other Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities. You can check city availability inside the EzySearch AI app.
Is EzySearch free to use?▾
Yes. The EzySearch AI app and web platform are free for customers. You only pay for what you order plus any delivery / platform fees shown clearly at checkout.
Which apps are part of EzySearch?▾
Four: EzySearch AI (customer app), EzyVendor (for shop owners), EzyRunners (for delivery partners), and the EzySearch Web Platform (browser version of the customer app).

Searching & Ordering
How do I search on EzySearch?▾
Type what you want in natural language — "biryani near me", "Dolo 650", "AC technician today", "milk 1L". Our AI understands intent and shows you the best matches from nearby shops, ranked by proximity, rating and availability.
Why are the results restricted to a small area?▾
Because EzySearch is hyperlocal. We deliberately surface vendors who can actually deliver to you quickly, instead of cluttering results with shops 15+ km away that can never serve your order on time.
How do I place an order?▾
Tap a product or service, add it to cart, choose your address, pick a payment method (UPI, card, wallet or cash on delivery) and confirm. The vendor receives the order instantly and a runner is dispatched once it's ready.
Can I track my order in real time?▾
Yes. Once the runner picks up your order, you can track them live on the map inside the EzySearch AI app and see the estimated time of arrival.
Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?▾
You can cancel before the vendor accepts the order. After preparation begins (especially food), cancellation may be limited. Modifications can be requested via in-app chat with the vendor where supported.

Delivery & EzyRunners
Who delivers my order?▾
EzyRunners — verified local delivery partners on our platform — pick up your order from the vendor and deliver it to your address. They are dispatched automatically based on proximity to the vendor.
How long does delivery take?▾
Typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes for nearby orders. Time may vary based on distance, weather and how long the vendor takes to prepare your order. The live ETA is shown in the app.
How are delivery charges calculated?▾
Delivery charges are based on the distance between the vendor and your delivery address, with surge pricing during peak hours or bad weather. The exact fee is always shown before you confirm the order.
What if the runner can't find my address?▾
The runner will call you using a masked number. You can also chat with them inside the app, share live location, or update your address with a Plus Code for accurate delivery.
How do I become an EzyRunner?▾
Download the EzyRunners app from the Play Store or App Store, complete a quick KYC (Aadhaar + driving licence + bank), and you can start accepting nearby deliveries the same week.

Payments, Refunds & EzyCredits
Which payment methods does EzySearch accept?▾
UPI, debit and credit cards, popular wallets, EzyCredits (in-app wallet) and cash on delivery for eligible orders. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
When will I get a refund for a cancelled or incorrect order?▾
Refunds for damaged, missing or wrong items are issued back to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. EzyCredits refunds are usually instant.
What are EzyCredits?▾
EzyCredits are EzySearch's in-app wallet currency. You can earn EzyCredits through promotions, referrals or refunds, and use them at checkout to reduce your bill on supported orders.
Are coupon codes available?▾
Yes. New users get a welcome coupon, and we run periodic vendor-level and city-level coupons. Available coupons appear on the cart and checkout screen — just tap to apply.
Are my card details stored on EzySearch?▾
No. Card and bank details are tokenised and stored only with PCI-DSS certified payment partners (such as Cashfree). EzySearch never stores raw card numbers or CVVs.

How do I list my shop on EzySearch?▾
Sign up on the EzyVendor app or at vendor.ezysearch.ai, submit your shop details with a quick verification, set up your catalogue, and you'll start appearing in nearby customer search results.
What does it cost to be on EzyVendor?▾
Joining is free. EzySearch charges a small per-order platform fee on successful orders. There are no setup fees, no monthly subscriptions and no compulsory ad spend.
Can I run discounts and coupons from EzyVendor?▾
Yes. The EzyVendor dashboard lets you create flat / percentage discounts, combo offers and coupon codes targeted at new or returning customers.
How and when do I get paid?▾
Payouts are settled directly to your registered bank account on a daily or weekly cycle (configurable), with full transparency on commissions, refunds and adjustments shown in the dashboard.
Do I need to manage my own delivery riders?▾
No. EzyRunners are auto-dispatched to your shop for every order. If you prefer to use your own delivery staff, you can switch a particular store to self-delivery mode.

Account, Privacy & Security
How do I create or sign in to my account?▾
Open the EzySearch AI app or the website, enter your mobile number, and verify the OTP. You can optionally add an email and password for added convenience.
How do I update my address or delivery instructions?▾
Go to Profile → Addresses inside the EzySearch AI app. You can save multiple addresses (Home, Work, Other), set default, and add delivery notes for the runner.
How does EzySearch use my location?▾
Your location is used only to show nearby vendors and to route deliveries. You can disable location at the OS level — search will then fall back to your saved delivery address.
How do I delete my account?▾
Open the EzySearch AI app → Profile → Settings → Delete account. We retain certain order, invoice and KYC records as required by Indian tax and accounting laws.
Is my data sold to advertisers?▾
No. EzySearch does not sell personal data. We share information only with the vendor / runner needed to fulfil your order and with the service partners that run our infrastructure. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Support & Issues
I have an issue with my order — how do I get help?▾
Open the order in the EzySearch AI app and tap "Help". You can chat with support, raise a refund / replacement request, or contact the vendor or runner directly.
How do I report a vendor or runner?▾
From the order page, choose Help → Report. Our team reviews every report; vendors or runners that violate our standards are warned, suspended or removed from the platform.
How do I contact EzySearch directly?▾
Email support at support@ezydevops.com or use the in-app chat available in EzySearch AI, EzyVendor and EzyRunners. Vendor and runner partners also have a dedicated support channel.
Why didn't I get OTPs or order notifications?▾
Check that EzySearch has notification permission, that battery saver isn't blocking it, and that your mobile number is correct. If OTP via SMS fails, the app automatically falls back to OTP via call where supported.
How do I give feedback or suggest a feature?▾
We love feedback. Use the Feedback option inside the app menu, or write to feedback@ezydevops.com. Many of EzySearch's features came directly from customer, vendor and runner suggestions in Tirupati.
