Terms of Service

The plain-language rules that apply when you use EzySearch as a customer, vendor or runner.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and EzyDevops Solutions Private Limited ("EzySearch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using any EzySearch service — including the EzySearch AI customer app, the EzyVendor app, the EzyRunners app and any of our websites — you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf, to use EzySearch. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. Vendors and runners must additionally complete KYC and any legal/regulatory registration applicable to their business.

3. The Service

EzySearch is a hyperlocal discovery and commerce platform that connects:

  • Customers — to search, order and pay for products and services from local vendors.
  • Vendors — to list products/services and accept orders.
  • Runners — to accept and complete deliveries.

EzySearch is the technology platform that enables these interactions; the underlying transaction is between the customer and the vendor (or service provider).

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are set by vendors and shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery fees, packing charges, platform fees and discounts are shown clearly before checkout.
  • Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Successful payment confirms your order.
  • Cash on delivery, where offered, must be paid in full to the runner on receipt.
  • EzySearch may run promotions, coupons and EzyCredits — each subject to its own terms shown at the time of offer.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Customers may cancel an order before it is accepted by the vendor without charge.
  • Once preparation begins (especially for food), cancellation may be limited or non-refundable.
  • Refunds for damaged, missing or wrong items are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
  • Service bookings (e.g. salon, repair) follow the cancellation window shown at the time of booking.

6. Vendor Obligations

  • List only legal products and services that you are authorised to sell.
  • Maintain accurate catalogue, price, stock and operating hours.
  • Honour orders accepted on the platform and meet promised preparation/delivery times.
  • Comply with all applicable food safety, hygiene, FSSAI, drug licensing and tax regulations.
  • EzySearch may suspend or remove vendors who repeatedly fail to meet quality, safety or compliance standards.

7. Runner Obligations

  • Maintain valid licence, insurance and a roadworthy vehicle.
  • Handle orders carefully and deliver within the agreed time window.
  • Behave professionally with customers and vendors. Harassment of any kind leads to permanent removal.
  • Cash collected on delivery must be remitted as per the EzyRunners settlement terms.

8. Customer Conduct

  • Provide accurate delivery details and be reachable when an order is out for delivery.
  • Pay all charges associated with your order, including any cash-on-delivery amount.
  • Do not misuse the platform — fake orders, abuse of refunds, harassment of vendors/runners, fraud or any unlawful use can lead to account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

The EzySearch name, logo, app, website, design and software are owned by EzyDevops Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or reuse any part of the platform without our written permission. User-generated content (reviews, ratings, photos) remains yours, but you grant EzySearch a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

EzySearch acts as a marketplace and dispatch platform. Quality, safety and legality of products / services rest with the vendor; safe delivery rests with the runner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzySearch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.

11. Termination

You may stop using EzySearch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that pose a risk to other users or the platform. On termination, certain records may be retained as required by law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. We encourage you to first contact our support team — most issues are resolved quickly.
